Autumn Quips
Falling Into Autumn
Debbie Teashon
Most days I try to find humor—laughter is good for the soul. Nevertheless, today I needed to create something before this bittersweet day closed, and as always, I find solace in my garden.
When the day deals a difficult hand,
I must go find the flowers.
I may need to visit sorrow,
But today just the flowers.
I have skeletons in my closet; it's time to take them out.
