Echoes of Color
I love it when I can take what I have on hand and make something beautiful without having to go out and buy anything to make it happen. You know all is well with the world when you can effortlessly put a container together.
These two bright urns needed something just as bright and cheery as their glazes. No washed out flowers will do for these lovelies! Fortunately, the superbells(Calibrachoa 'Coralberry Punch') look fantastic with these containers. For a little spike, I added two Cordylines which I purchased at a close out sale last summer and wintered them over in the greenhouse. Cordylines 'Pink Passion' and 'Southern Splendor'-echo the urns' colors with rich salmon-pink, red and coral hues.
