Rhodochitons for a Hanging Basket
With very exotic looking flowers and heart-shaped leaves, the purple bell vine is a great plant for the hanging basket or container. Because it flowers all summer and into autumn, this plant is perfect for two seasons of dark purple blossoms.
Try this southern Mexico vine in a large hanging basket and you may never fuss with fuchsia baskets again! Of course you will grow your fuchsias, but this vine may make you give up one or two of them that hang overhead.
For more information, see Rhodochiton atrosanguineum in our Plant Gallery and Growing Guide.
