GROWING GUIDE

Geographic Origin: Garden.
Plant Group: Perennials.
Hardiness: Sunset zones: 1-24.
USDA zones: 4-9.
Mature size: Height 2-4 inches (4-10 cm).
Flowering period: Late spring to mid summer.
Flowering attributes: Panicles of white to pink flowers.
Leaf attributes: Succulent, silvery-blue leaves.
Growth habit: Mat-forming creeper.
Light: Full sun to light shade.
Soil: Well-drained soil.
Feeding: Give it a nitrogen boost in spring and side dress with compost or manure.
Propagation Methods: Stem cuttings. | Divisions.
Pruning Methods: None needed.

Rainy Side Notes

This mat-forming creeper is very drought tolerant. The blue foliage that creeps low to the ground is attractive in many settings. This sedum does not take well to foot traffic, but is beautiful as a ground cover.
