I would like to add a Sambucus racemosa Sutherland Gold to my yard.

If I could trade yellow for yellow...Caryopteris i. Sunshine Blue 'Jason' or Ribes s. Bronklebankii or Choisya t. Sundance...Sambucus nigra 'Madonna', got some of those going. Or two square feet of Sedum r. 'angelina'.

Something in the one gallon range.

I could throw in a couple hundred Hibiscus syriacus seedlings

Or a Hibiscus coccineus Alba seedling or two (which finally started germinating).

Cuttings/prunings would work but I would appreciate some roots.

June 5 update:

Found in Lake Oswego: last years' (unhappy) stock at a Dennis' Seven Dees nursery. I cut the three roots that had circled the pot and sized up to a two gallon. And mixed some manure compost and COF into the new soil.

Any body know why these are hard to find??
