I'm so glad they're approving more new hybrids of Butterfly bushes that won't be invasive. I still miss my old one that I had to kill because I won't want to be responsible for another invasion of a noxious weed. So I bought the brand new one 'Purple Haze", it's supposed to have long purple flower clusters (not those puny clusters like 'Blue Chip' has) AND it only is supposed to get 4-5 ft. tall, still a good presence without getting 8 ft. tall. Plus I was able to plant it in a sunnier spot then the old one hed. I hope it will bw all its cracked up to be!
