Origin:
Chile.
Plant Group:

Flowering period:
July-August.
Flowering attributes:
Racemes of white to pink flowers with darker pink markings.
Leaf attributes:
Evergreen, lance-shaped, deeply lobed leaves
Growth habit:
Rosette forming.

Full sun to very light shade.
Soil:
Humus rich, moist, but well-drained soil.
Propagation methods:
Sow seed at 55-60°F 13-15°C, February through June. | Divide in spring. | Cuttings in spring or summer.
Feeding:
Side dress with compost or manure. Fertilize monthly, spring through early summer with a complete organic fertilizer.

Infrequent problems.

The plant has pretty evergreen rosettes year round. The flowers are excellent for cutting for the vase.
