Rainy Side Notes

Heuchera 'Stormy Seas' is a 1996 Terra Nova Nurseries introduction. It is a coral bell that doesn't need resetting or mounding every few years, like so many other cultivars. Dan Heims, owner of Terra Nova, considers this cultivar one of his top five heucheras and best landscape plants. No pruning necessary, except to remove flower stalks, which makes this an easy care perennial that can reach nearly 3 feet (1 m) wide.
