Pacific Northwest
Cascadia Natives
by Debbie Teashon
This video is a selection of native plants from over a decade's worth of photographs from around the Pacific Northwest. Locations include Mt. Rainier, Olympic Mountains, Oregon and Washington coast, Puget Sound, public gardens and my own private garden.
I purposely did not caption the plants in the video, so that you can enjoy the plants without the name distraction. However, I am including a list of the plant names in the order of appearance, in case you would like to know a name of a plant you see in the video. I'm also providing links to any native plants that are in the Gallery and Growing Guide, in case you want to learn more about a species.
The video is 4 minutes long and set to music. So grab a beverage, kick back, and relax! I hope you enjoy the show.
